A company is looking for an Associate Director, Claims
Production to lead a team in managing claims operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage open claim inventory and ensure timely claim payments
Oversee cross-functional claims divisions and coordinate claims
processes
Collaborate with business leaders to set strategy and evaluate
operational performance
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in claims operations, including adjudication
and inventory management
5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
3+ years of experience with benefit and contract interpretation
3+ years of experience managing claims across multiple product
types
5+ years of experience working with technical teams on business
requirements
