Job Title: Maintenance ManagerPay Rate: $75,000-85,000Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

    What You'll Do:
    • Manage maintenance team, assist with repairs, investigate breakdowns and
    • evaluate potential solutions for repair or prevention of future breakdown.
    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
    • Ensure all company staff conduct their position rolls in a safe manor
    • Work with other department managers to review list of potential capital expense projects and work with management team to approve appropriate projects in relation to company needs
      
      
      Skills and Experience:
      • 3-5 years' experience in Industrial maintenance management preferred
      • 3-5 years' experience working with electrical control systems, pneumatic control systems, sewing machine repairs, mechanical repairs.
      • Knowledge of and comfortable working with high pressure steam systems, troubleshooting electrical and around high voltage electrical equipment
      • Associates + degree in the fields of electrical or mechanical engineering, or industrial maintenance management preferred.
