Job Description:

Title: Senior EstimatorLocation: Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:

• Participates in project approach plan and proposal kickoff meetings as requested.
• Carries out estimating assignments in accordance with estimating project approach; implements quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed and itemized estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and cost.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with the dealer network to evaluate unsuccessful bids and apply those insights to enhance future bid strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and Executive management team.
  Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated success in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and method's
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
