They are currently seeking a Senior Estimator in their Greenville office to help lead their Estimating department. • Responsible for handling the bid process
• Lead a complete project cost evaluation
• Develop detailed scopes of work
• Understanding of differential pricing and when to use different unit costs
• Ability to assemble and present a complete presentation
• Ability to prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies
• Participate in client meetings and actively present and review estimates
• Develop and build relationships with local subcontractor marketProfileThe Senior Estimator - Top 300 ENR GC - Greenville must have:
  • 3+ Years of Estimating Experience for a General Contractor
  • Experience as an Estimator on large Commercial projects - $5M-10M+
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualitiesJob OfferThe Senior Estimator - Top 300 ENR GC - Greenville will receive:
    • Highly Competitive Base Salary - 80,000-130,000
