Job Description:
A company is looking for an ARO Analyst to support data needs
and analysis for ARO projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and data teams on ARO project data
needs
Run monthly reports and analyze data to identify and resolve
gaps
Manage internal data-related issues and perform ticket management
using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or
similar tools
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in denial management and understanding of AR
follow-up
Expertise in healthcare revenue cycle and billing functions
Bachelor's degree in a related field
