Reach out today!A Day in the Life of a BCBA:Develop meaningful, evidenced-based programming based on data, progress, and the continued assessment of the client.Provide ongoing training and support to the RBT's on all aspects of ABA.Provide family guidance that is necessary to the success of treatment.Participate in consistent communication & collaboration with all treatment team members & other service providers outside of Blossom.Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.Review data on a timely basis and communicate to team members as needed.Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.Qualifications:BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.ABA experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.Access to reliable transportation.Benefits / Why Blossom ABA is your dream job:We strongly value work-life balance!
