  • Paid time offJob Description:The Transportation Site Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our transportation site. They will be responsible for developing supportive relationships with drivers, coordinating timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Their role will involve monitoring and analyzing equipment and driver performance to drive safety, operational improvements, and enhance decision-making. You will also focus on increasing driver retention, improving the bottom line, and reducing operational risks. Your leadership is crucial to the success and growth of our company.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain supportive, professional relationships with drivers to foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Address driver concerns and provide support to enhance job satisfaction and performance.
    • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient pickup and delivery of shipments.
    • Manage scheduling and routing to optimize transportation operations and meet delivery deadlines.
    • Ensure a safe, secure, and legally compliant work environment in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
    • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.Requirements:
      • CDL A Holder
      • At least 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably within the transportation industry
