Job SummaryAtrium Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
• Operate CT scanners and associated equipment with a high level of proficiency.
• Administer IV contrast as needed and document administration in the medical record.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical personnel to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited two-year AMA program in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine, and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT scanning within one year of hire.
  • Current CPR certification.Physical RequirementsThis role requires moderate to heavy physical efforts in lifting and moving patients, equipment, and supplies. Occasional standing, walking, and sitting during normal operation.
