Job Description:

Magnetic Resonance Imaging Supervisor Atrium Health is seeking a skilled MRI Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our MRI services. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Supervision
  • Supervise the activities of the assigned area, providing adequate coverage of all scanners or work assignments daily.
  • Monitor staff productivity levels, accuracy of exam protocols, and ensure appropriate care and monitoring.
  • Patient Care and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure adequate patient care is provided as it relates to the procedures requested.
    • Validate the quality of exams and the final product performed by all staff within the section.
    • Administrative and Technical Responsibilities
      • Order and maintain appropriate supplies for the assigned area.
      • Ensure a process for security of supplies, PAR levels, etc. for each shift.
      • Education and Training
        • Participate in the training of staff and conduct in-service education and staff meetings as needed. Requirements
          • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound program based on assigned area.
          • Bachelor's degree preferred.
          • BLS certification required.
          • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the designated field is required.
          • Leadership experience preferred. Atrium Health Atrium Health is a regional 457-bed, not-for-profit hospital in Concord, NC.
