    • Must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays
      • Schedule Information
      • Call requirement: Will take call at least one day of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need
      • OT Days each week
      • Start: 3 weeks after signed contract
      • Shift: 4x10 Days
      • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
        • Additional Details
        • Driver's License is required immediately upon signing as this is required to set up computer access. Candidate must also carry ID while on duty.

        • Cost Center/Unit Description updates are in progress.
        • Certification can't expire within 30 days of start and proof of completion not accepted, must have actual card/certification to start.
        • Certification of Completion is acceptable if providing ARC certification.
