Job Description:

A company is looking for a QC Review Specialist, PT - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality control valuation reviews of residential broker price opinion (BPO) reports
Review photos, comments, and comparable information to determine property value
Provide concise written analysis and supporting commentary for reviews

Qualifications and Education

Working knowledge of BPO review and comparable market analysis
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
2 or more years of prior work-related experience
High School Diploma or GED required
