Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Regional Account Executive in
401K Sales for remote locations in CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, and TX.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with financial advisors and small business decision makers
to address financial wellness and retirement needs
Execute a consultative sales process to develop long-term business
relationships and manage a pipeline of business
Collaborate with internal partners to build and execute a
territory-level business plan and improve brand awareness
Required Qualifications and Training
Established experience in consulting, sales, or the financial
services industry
Must obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses within 2 months of hire
Knowledge of the Financial Services, Employee Benefits, or Human
Resources Industry
Proven territory, project, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
