Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Workers' Compensation Claims Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor teams overseeing Workers' Compensation claims and Technical Services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage TPA oversight processes
Implement process enhancements and prepare reports for Claims leadership

Required Qualifications

Prior experience adjusting workers' compensation claims
Prior personnel management experience
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to workers' compensation insurance
Four-year college degree required
Active Adjuster license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
