Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Game Designer with open-world
RPG experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement an immersive open-world experience
Collaborate with product leadership to execute the game vision
Provide feedback and empower the design team through coaching
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of game design experience, with 3+ years in a lead
role
Experience designing gameplay systems for at least one shipped
open-world RPG
Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping in a AAA game engine,
preferably Unreal
Ability to translate feedback into actionable design insights
Passion for open-world RPG gameplay and development
