Job Description:
Modis is currently looking for a senior level Systems
Engineer to work for a lucrative business here in the Upstate.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and
supporting both physical and virtual servers (VMware or hyper-v),
Exchange 2010, and enterprise-wide storage experience (EMC is
preferred). This position is predominantly on the server side
of the house so experience with networking, although a plus, is not
required. Roughly 90% of the company's 500+ servers are
virtual so extensive experience in a large virtual environment will
be key. Overtime, as always, will be required at certain
points, so candidates should be available to work the occasional
late night. This is a direct hire opportunity with a maximum
salary of $70k, but bonuses and overtime will be paid out
accordingly. All interested applicants should be available to
sit on-site in Greenville, SC.
