Compensation & Incentives:

--- Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000
--- Bonus: 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
--- Year 2 and beyond: 37.5% of net collections

Responsibilities:
--- Integrate effectively into the local community in Charlotte, North Carolina, while bringing advanced surgical expertise to our esteemed team.

--- Meet the necessary requirements, including holding a DDS or DMD degree, completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs, and maintaining a valid dentistry license in North Carolina.

--- Candidates applying for the position in Charlotte, NC, US must possess a DDS or DMD degree to be considered eligible.
--- Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement for this role.
