TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303 Pay Information $2,056 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: LTAC MS Tele Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred License: Pending license accepted, must obtain before starting Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day Job Description: - Provide care for patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting with a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry focus. - Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios, preferably 1:4-5, while handling a maximum of 1:6. - Ready to float within the scope to meet facility needs, including moving to lower levels of care based on staffing needs. - Open to working weekends and on-call as needed, with specific requirements for holiday coverage. - Comply with the federal mandate requiring COVID-19 vaccination, with medical or religious exemptions considered. - Must attend a 16-hour non-billable orientation and pass required tests, including a Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test. - Familiarity with EPIC is helpful; a test-out option is available for those with recent experience. - Adherence to attendance policy is crucial; missing more than two shifts without valid explanation may lead to contract review.
