TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303 Pay Information $2,056 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: LTAC MS Tele Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year, 2 years preferred License: Pending license accepted, must be obtained before starting Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day Job Description: - Provide patient care in LTAC MS/Tele setting with a preferred ratio of 1:4-5, but up to 1:6. - Responsible for floating within scope to meet facility needs, primarily to lower levels of care. - Open to first-timers, with block scheduling not accommodated. - Shaving may be required to pass fit tests. - Compliance with attendance policy is required; more than two missed shifts without a reasonable explanation can result in contract review. - Pass/Fail testing on cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation tests on the first day of orientation. - Recent EPIC experience is preferred; EPIC Test out offered for those with recent experience. - Required to complete compliance documents in a timely manner before starting. - COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical/religious exemptions accepted. - Required to complete either 2 on-call shifts or 2 additional shifts every 6 weeks. - Must adhere to company policies for shift coverage and readiness to float as needed.
