We invite Infectious Disease Physicians to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and progressive visionaries together in our Infectious Disease team at Atrium Health Infectious Disease - Kenilworth in Charlotte, NC.Atrium Health Infectious Disease - Kenilworth is seeking a full-time board certified Infectious Disease physician to provide coverage for outpatient clinic and inpatient consults. The group is comprised of 13 Physicians and 3 APPs. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with dedicated providers and develop positive relationships with other teammates while delivering quality care and outcomes on diverse cases.About the Position

• Inpatient consultations only
• 1 or 2 Half days in Outpatient Clinic per week
• Call average of 1:6 for 2 facilities
• Weekend/Weeknight call shared between 13 physicians
• Average of 15 cases/day with an average of 5 new consults/day when on inpatient
• Admin duties with opportunity for research (as desired)Qualified Candidates:
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Infectious Disease
  • North Carolina license required
