Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. This role will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family centered care.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on the assessed needs of the patient
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and empathy
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionRequirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program
