Job Title: Registered NurseUnit: Transplant and Intermediate Care (TIMC)About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Transplant and Intermediate Care (TIMC) unit at Prisma Health. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients undergoing kidney and pancreas transplants.About the Team:Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. We work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, nurses, case management, therapy, and social work to provide consistent and optimal care. Telemetry monitoring is required for this role.Responsibilities:

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment utilizing appropriate area and/or age-specific standards/policies and tools.
• Develops an individual plan of care based on the age and assessed needs of the patient.
• Provides direct care to assigned patients consistent with the established nursing plan.
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team.
• Evaluates plan of care for effectiveness and revises plan of care as needed.Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• One year experience as a registered nurse.
• Successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or successful completion of a comparable residency from another organization.Work Environment:This role requires working night shifts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
