Deliver Compassionate HealthcarePrisma Health seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide routine, standardized nursing care for patients under the supervision of a physician.Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
• Coordinate patient appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, and referrals.
• Monitor and maintain stock of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
• Document patient data, including vital statistics and encounter information, into the patient chart.
• Communicate with patients, obtaining medical histories and chief complaints.
• Prepare and administer medications, following physician orders.
• Promote healthy behaviors and self-care skills through patient education.
• Prepare exam rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Receive and return clinically related phone calls, screening and forwarding those requiring physician action.
