As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Provide ongoing education and support to nursing staff, promoting evidence-based practices and best patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
• Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong focus on acute care and patient-centered care.
  • Successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency program.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
