Job SummaryPrisma Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will foster patient/family-centered care, demonstrating clinical competency and adhering to evidence-based practices and safety protocols.Responsibilities:

• Collects data and completes nursing assessments, identifying patient priorities and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Develops and implements individualized plans of care, incorporating patient/family learning needs and promoting education/teaching.
• Provides direct care to assigned patients, delegating tasks as appropriate and ensuring quality care delivery.
• Monitors patient condition, reporting changes and referring unresolved problems to the healthcare team.
• Evaluates patient outcomes, revising the plan of care as needed and implementing quality improvement recommendations.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred.
  • At least one year of experience as a registered nurse.
  • Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.Work Environment:This position is based at the Greenville Memorial Hospital campus, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
