As a registered nurse in our acute inpatient setting, you'll play a vital role in inspiring health and serving with compassion.Job Summary:As a skilled RN, you'll provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient-centered approach that prioritizes safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, conducting comprehensive evaluations and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient priorities and promote a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share knowledge, and achieve shared goals.
• Evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • 1 year of experience as a registered nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program).
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.Work Environment:Our acute inpatient setting requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
