The ideal candidate will incorporate evidence-based practices and research into their work, ensuring the highest quality care for our patients.What You'll Do

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct care to assigned patients, utilizing organizational, departmental, and unit policies and procedures.
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate, ensuring the quality of care delivered on a continual basis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing plan of care and make revisions as needed.RequirementsAssociate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred. One year of experience as a registered nurse.
