Job Description:
Job Summary
Provide nursing care for patients under the direction of a
Registered Nurse/Physician. Collect data related to patient status,
monitor, measure, and document patient responses. Provide
patient/family instruction.
* Provide patient care based on individualized plan of care as
delegated by the Registered Nurse/Physician.
* Monitor and document patient status and condition, including
vital signs, drains, dressings, and lab values.
* Administer and document administration of medications per
policy.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
* Education: Completion of an LPN program recognized by the SC
State Board of Nursing.
* Experience: One (1) year experience as an LPN or successful
completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a
comparable residency program.
