About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the acute inpatient setting at Prisma Health. As a clinical nurse specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive patient experience.Key Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessments to identify patient needs and priorities.
• Develops and implements individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Provides direct care to assigned patients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Delegates tasks to members of the healthcare team, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
• Evaluates patient progress and outcomes, making adjustments to the plan of care as needed.Requirements

• Current RN licensure in South Carolina.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an acute inpatient setting.
