Clinical Leadership RoleAbout the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our clinical decision unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, using evidence-based practices and research to guide your decisions.Key Responsibilities

• Assessment: Collect and analyze data to complete a thorough nursing assessment, using appropriate age and area-specific standards and tools.
• Planning/Outcomes: Develop a patient care plan based on the nursing assessment and in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Implementation: Provide direct care to assigned patients, perform specific tasks based on organizational policies and procedures, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of the patient care plan, document progress, and revise the plan as needed.Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • One year experience as a registered nurse.
