• Implementation and Evaluation: Provide direct care to assigned patients, delegate tasks to other healthcare team members, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Patient Education and Support: Identify and address patient learning needs, provide education and support to promote health and wellness, and advocate for patients and families in a compassionate and professional manner.
