Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse at Prisma Health, you will provide routine, standardized nursing care for patients under the supervision of the physician. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and other activities related to direct patient care.
• Arrange for patient appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, referrals, and admission to hospital.
• Monitor and maintain stock of medical supplies and proper functioning of equipment.
• Document patient's vital statistics and other encounter data into patient chart and ensure that all required records are in the chart.
• Calls in prescriptions for patients according to physician order.
• Prepare exam rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Receives and returns clinically related telephone calls; screening and forwarding those requiring physician action.
• Completes medical/physical history forms and other related information for insurance companies.
• Informs physician of changes in schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:
  • Education: Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Experience: No experience is required.Certifications, Registrations, Licenses:
