About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Wedgewood Square Dental. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental care and education to our patients.Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings, to promote oral health and prevent disease.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they understand their treatment options and feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with our dental team to provide seamless care and ensure a positive patient experience.Requirements:
  • Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
