  • SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered
  • Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
  • 8 HOUR DAYS; 07:30 - 16:00
  • PATIENT AGE GROUP: Adults and Geriatrics
  • PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Device Implants: PPM, ICD
  • SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/Electrophysiology) with an approximate 80%-10% split with IR being the 80%, 10% being other procedure types.
  • **Assist provider while performing diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. Scrub, circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures and cardiology procedures.
  • ***Medication administration performed by RN only.
  • UNIT ORIENTATION: 40 Hours; 40-80 hours

    • Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience
    • ***MUST HAVE IR Experience - 90% is IR***
    • Skills: Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry
    • Perform EKG lead placement

      • SCHEDULING TYPE: Per Unit Needs
      • 8 HOUR DAYS; 07:30 - 16:00
      • Call Requirement: During the week call is 16:00-07:30 the next morning. Weekend call is Friday 16:00 until Monday at 07:30.
      • Twice a week for two weeks in the month, one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and one week following call weekend no call.
      • Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs, IR callback time is determined based on procedure type.
      • Float Requirement: NONE
      • Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend
