Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Performance Manager to
oversee supplier negotiations and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight to large suppliers and ensure compliance with
service level agreements (SLAs)
Develop expertise in sourcing and contract performance management
while contributing to strategy and policy development
Use judgment to make decisions on moderately complex tasks and
support recommendations through data analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a
high school diploma/GED with 6 years of manufacturing
experience
At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and contract performance
management
Familiarity with material reclamation suppliers and processes is
preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability and collaborative skills
Experience in strategic prioritization of work
