business requires. **Position can sit anywhere within (DC, NC, SC,
VA, TN, GA, FL, AL, MS). ** Get to know the opportunity: We are
seeking a sales leader with at least ten years of sales/marketing
experience selling or leading teams who sell Employee Benefits
products through brokers and consultants. The Contributions you'll
make: -Office sales goal attainment, and overall block management
for Southeast Region. -Coaching and mentoring of sales reps and
territory development, with a focus on our Group Life, Disability,
Stop Loss, H.S.A., guidance and Supplemental Health Products.
-Recruitment of Sales staff -Grow block of existing and new
business Minimum Knowledge & Experience: -Prior sales management
experience and a proven track record of achieving exceptional
results and leading a highly motivated sales team. -Extensive
product knowledge within Employee/Voluntary Benefits -Open to
travel approximately 30-40%. - -Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience required. -Strong communications skills are essential as
well as the ability to build and maintain effective working
relationships with external contacts and other sales and client

committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable
pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual
base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this
position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary,
Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives,
sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to
reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this
posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted
salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
