    • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
    • NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent Education, required -
    • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred
    • 1+ years of experience, strongly preferred
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
